Installation Adjustment Procedure Manual 2019 MINISCALE PLUS

Demonstrating high performance! Here is an explanation of the ultra-low friction table installation method.

This document is the installation adjustment manual for the "MINISCALE PLUS." This product consists of high-precision components. The flatness requirements for the installation base are high, and surface variations do not transfer to the guide rails. It demonstrates high performance when installed in a rigid structure with a high level of geometric accuracy. Furthermore, variations in the installation support surface adversely affect overall accuracy, operational performance, applied pressure, and lifespan. Careful design is necessary when using a lightweight metal base structure.
